THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:
1) We will carry out a damage assessment and provide a free of charge insurance estimate. You are only required to provide ONE estimate by ONE repairer.
2) We will then contact the fault drivers’ Insurance Company on your behalf and email the estimate directly to them. We will liaise with the third party insurance company on your behalf, saving you the phone calls and hassle. Once they have received our estimate they are required by law to act on it even if their own policyholder hasn’t reported the incident.
3) The fault Insurance Company will then contact us to authorise us directly to repair your vehicle.
4) Once your vehicle is booked in for repairs we will arrange a free of charge courtesy vehicle for your use for the duration of the repair.
*When the accident is not your fault and providing the fault party have admitted full liability then all costs will be claimed back from the negligent party. NO HIDDEN CHARGES

Get an excess discount of up to 50% when claiming on your own insurance
If you are claiming the cost of repairs on your own Insurance policy you will most probably have an excess to pay. As your excess is paid directly to us (the repairer) we can offer you a discount. This will be discussed at the time of estimation and will never be less than £50.00 but could very well be more!!
We also offer free courtesy cars for duration of the repair.

Took my car in to get a load of body work sorted following an accident and this was the only place I found in the area that would not only work with my insurance company to make sure I got the most out of the situation, including making the excess far more bearable, but also was the best value by far for a service and a few other jobs that needed doing.
